Local women will have the opportunity to participate in an innovative program focused on solving agriculture industry challenges thanks to the Local Land Services Murray Community Grants Program.

The Riverina Collective’s Think Big-Rural Women program was successful under the funding stream and will foster community leadership development in local women who live in small rural communities across the Murray LLS region.

Riverina Collective founder, Hayley Purbrick said the Think Big program is vital for realising the potential of local women and in turn, providing solutions to local problems.

“Think Big will be delivered in partnership with the Ricegrowers Association of Australia and is an annual program for women who live in small towns across the Murray LLS region focused on solving challenges facing small rural communities.”
