Voting in the Local Land Services Board elections opens on the 9th April and will remain open until 8th May 2020. Your vote is your voice – request your voting pack today. There is no need to enrol, as all Local Land Services ratepayers are included on the electoral roll automatically.

However, to vote, you must request an electronic voting pack by 5pm on 6 May. You can do this easily by going to the Local Land Services website (www.lls.nsw.gov.au) and clicking the green square that says ‘Board Elections’. You will need your eight-digit Occupier ID number – this is located on your rates notice, next to your name.

By voting in these board elections, you have the opportunity to be a part of something important for the Murray and Riverina regions. Each ratepayer or company receives one vote in each region, regardless of the number of holdings you have in that region.

Eligible voters will elect three new board members in each region. In these challenging times it is important to consider who in your local region best understands the issues and will adequately represent you and your local community.

To have your say on how Local Land Services will be delivered in the Murray and Riverina regions, make sure you get your voting pack and cast your vote by 5pm on 8 May.
