1. Ticket Types & Pricing

All tickets sold provide access to Rice Connect 2026 and related program inclusions as advertised. Ticket prices vary based on sales phase and eligibility.

Non‑member pricing applies to all purchasers unless a valid member discount code is entered at checkout. Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time and automatically reverts to standard pricing once the Early Bird period ends.

2. RGA Member Pricing & Eligibility

Discounted ticket prices are available exclusively to current RGA members.

RGA member pricing is accessed by entering a valid member discount code at checkout.

Separate discount codes apply to:

RGA Producer members, RGA Industry Supporter members. Use of a member discount code confirms that the purchaser is an eligible, current RGA member at the time of purchase.

3. Incorrect Use of Discount Codes

To ensure fairness to all attendees:

Tickets purchased using an incorrect, invalid, or ineligible discount code may be:

Adjusted to the correct ticket price, or refunded and reissued at the applicable rate, or cancelled at the organiser's discretion. The event organiser reserves the right to validate membership details after purchase, where required.

4. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable processing costs.

No additional booking or payment surcharges are charged at checkout. Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase to be valid.

5. Refunds, Transfers & Changes

Tickets are generally non‑refundable, except where required by law. Ticket transfers may be permitted up to a specified date prior to the event and must be approved by the event organiser. Program details and speakers are subject to change.

6. Attendance & Conduct
