Farm Water Management Plan Project

The Farm Water Management Planning project aims to help farmers reduce the impact of drought by preparing and implementing a Farm Water Management Plan (FWMP). It is all about learning best management practices to improve the on-farm water quality and delivery efficiency of stock and domestic water.

The project involves a series of Farm Walks and Talks at three on-farm demonstration sites in the region in 2024, followed by workshop sessions in early 2025 to assist landholders to develop an FWMP using a supplied template. Contact Janet to learn more and sign up for a workshop.
